Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (Terms) govern access to and use of HiPlaces and related websites, applications, and services provided by Eastside Products Group LLC (Eastside, we, us, or our). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services

HiPlaces provides interactive, artificial intelligence-assisted experiences for participating properties, venues, and organizations. Features may include conversational responses, property-specific content, location-aware experiences, and analytics. Eastside may provide the Services on behalf of or in collaboration with an Eastside client.

Artificial Intelligence

The Services use artificial intelligence to generate content. Artificial intelligence can produce incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate responses. Content provided through the Services is for general informational and experiential purposes and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial, safety, or emergency advice. You are responsible for evaluating any response before relying on it.

Location Features

Some features may request access to a device’s location. Location access is optional, but declining permission may limit location-aware features. You may change location permissions through your browser or device settings.

Acceptable Use

You may use the Services only for lawful, personal, and authorized purposes. You may not:

• Use the Services to violate law or the rights of another person or organization.
• Submit harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unlawful material.
• Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or restricted areas.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Services.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, copy, or test the Services without Eastside’s written permission.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to discover source code, models, prompts, or nonpublic system components except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.

Your Content

You retain any rights you have in content you submit through the Services. You grant Eastside a limited, nonexclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and analyze that content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services; provide services to the applicable Eastside client; and create aggregate or de-identified analytics, in each case consistent with the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit information that you do not have the right to provide. The Services are not intended for highly sensitive information such as financial account credentials, government identification numbers, or medical records.

Eastside Content and Intellectual Property

The Services, including their software, design, text, graphics, technology, and other content supplied by Eastside, are owned by Eastside or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, nontransferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of the Services or Eastside content.

Client and Third Party Content

The Services may include content supplied by participating clients or third parties and may link to third-party services. Eastside does not control all third-party content or services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices. Separate terms and privacy notices may apply.

Privacy

Eastside’s Privacy Policy explains how Eastside collects, uses, discloses, and retains information. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in that Policy.

Children

Children should use the Services only with the involvement of a parent, guardian, school, or participating organization as appropriate. A parent or guardian who permits a child to use the Services is responsible for that child’s use.

Changes and Availability

Eastside may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services. Eastside may also update these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Suspension and Termination

Eastside or the applicable participating client may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect the Services or others, respond to misuse, comply with law, or address a violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided as available and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Eastside does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate, or that artificial intelligence-generated content will be complete or suitable for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eastside and its affiliates, clients, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the Services. Applicable law may provide rights that cannot be limited by contract.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert state], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
